The apartment was exactly as described on the website, clean and nicely decorated. We loved the milk and bread deliveries each morning, a nice touch that saved us time and effort. The use of the sauna and relaxation room was included in the cost and we enjoyed it almost every day.

The apartments were a little too hot at night, but we simply left the windows open to cool down.

Upon arrival at 11pm we didnt get offered any food or even a drink which was disappointing after a lot of travelling. The owner also failed to tell us that the town was practically closed for the season with no bars open.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in a beautiful Austrian village. The location was perfect, with easy access to the local supermarket on the outskirts of the village. The hotel was also conveniently located close to the center of the village, making it a breeze to explore the local shops and cafes. Additionally, the gondola was within a comfortable walking distance, ideal for those looking to hit the slopes. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms had a stunning view of the mountains and the town, providing a picturesque backdrop for our stay. The hotel also paid attention to small details, such as the breakfast which offered a variety of options to suit different tastes. The prices were reasonable, offering excellent value for money.

Clean appt with a an impressive view towards the mountains. Free wifi and parking space. Fully equipped kitchen and large refrigerations. Mid season so very quiet and no noise disturbance from other patrons. Host, Theresa, is very pleasant and helpfull. A good value for money accomodation recommended for short and longer stays. A good tip for eating out is the Kornkammer just next to the lift to Hexenwasser.

Handtowels could have been changed more than once in 5 days. Positive is that there is a washing machine and drier to 'do it onesself'.

Amazing views and great facilities! Apartment was well-equipped with a dishwasher and other gadgets. The sauna and relaxation suite were great, and we loved having complimentary herbal drinks.

Basement apartment was damp and had a musty smell. There were issues with insects, and the lack of a patio door and a water pipe in the bathroom were a bit frustrating.

Almost perfect location, very clean, very good views. Very handy to have free access to the laundry and drying facility.

We really enjoyed everything of our staying at Residenz Theresa, from the view from our flat, to the new, well maintained and very clean facilities.

The staff, especially Theresa, are friendly and helpful, making you feel at home. The location is fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to the gondola and the center. Breakfast is a treat with ample choices and the option to have fresh breads, milk, and coffee delivered to your door.

Spotlessly clean appartment on the near outskirts of the village. Calm and peaceful with a lovely garden. Owners very accomodating. We especially enjoyed hiring the e-bikes from our hosts and appreciated the amazing network in the area where batteries could be exchanged. The use of the washing machine and drier was appreciated.This appartment comes highly recommended. We woould certainly return in the future.

Total package was more than value for money. We were good taken care off in a very gentle, firm and correct way.
